目的 探讨左向右分流先天性心脏病患儿肺血管血管紧张素 受体 (AT1R、AT2 R)的表达。方法 2 0例左向右分流先心病患儿术中取肺活检 ,5例儿童尸解正常肺组织作为对照。用免疫组化的方法检测 AT1R、AT2 R表达 ,测定管径为 15~ 10 0 μm肺小血管壁 AT1R、AT2 R染色的 IOD值。结果 先心病患儿肺小血管壁AT1R、AT2 R染色的 IOD值均高于对照组 (P=0 .0 0 0 )。结论 左向右分流先心病患儿肺小血管 AT1R、AT2 R的表达高于正常 ,为 ACEI和 AT1拮抗剂用于左向右分流先心病儿童以延缓肺动脉高压的形成提供了理论依据
Objective To investigate the expression of pulmonary angiotensin Ⅱ receptor (AT1R, AT2R) in children with left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease. Methods Twenty cases of left-to-right shunt with congenital heart disease underwent lung biopsy and 5 cases of normal autopsy lung tissue were taken as control. The expressions of AT1R and AT2R were detected by immunohistochemistry. The IOD values of AT1R and AT2R in the small pulmonary wall of 15 ~ 100 μm in diameter were detected. Results The IOD values of AT1R and AT2 R staining of pulmonary small vessel wall in children with congenital heart disease were significantly higher than those in control group (P = 0.000). Conclusions The expression of AT1R and AT2R in pulmonary small vessels in children with left-to-right shunt is higher than that in normal children. It provides a theoretical basis for ACEI and AT1 antagonists to delay the development of pulmonary hypertension in children with left-to-right shunt
