虚拟产业集群是传统产业集群的网络聚集,是在继承传统产业集群竞争优势基础上,基于信息技术平台的网络集群,是产业集群发展的高级阶段。本文对传统产业集群和虚拟产业集群进行了系统比较,并针对山西省煤炭产业集群发展状况和存在的问题,尝试性地提出建立山西省虚拟煤炭产业集群的构想和政策建议。
The virtual industrial cluster is the network aggregation of the traditional industrial clusters. Based on the competitive advantages of the traditional industrial clusters, the network cluster based on the information technology platform is the advanced stage of the industrial cluster development. This article systematically compares the traditional industrial clusters and the virtual industrial clusters. In the light of the development status and existing problems of the coal industrial clusters in Shanxi Province, this paper attempts tentatively to put forward the conception and policy suggestion of establishing the virtual coal industrial clusters in Shanxi Province.
