目的:研究面包海星中的海星皂苷活性成分。方法:以稻瘟霉活性筛选模型追踪指导,采用多种现代层析方法和波谱技术,对海星皂苷活性成分进行追踪提取分离和结构鉴定。结果:分离得到一个面包海星皂苷类化合物,并应用2D-NMR、ESI-MS技术和化学方法鉴定其结构为:sodium(20R,22R,23S,24S)-6α-O-{β-D-fucopyrano-syl-(1→2)-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→4)-[β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyr-anosyl}-22,23-epoxy-20-hydroxy-24-methyl-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-3β-yl-sulfate。结论:该化合物为新化合物,命名为面包海星皂苷G。
Objective: To study the active constituents of starfish saponin in bread starfish. Methods: Guided by the active screening model of rice blast fungus, a variety of modern chromatographic methods and spectroscopic techniques were used to trace and extract and identify the active components of the star-shaped saponins. Results: A saponin of bread starfish was isolated and identified by 2D-NMR, ESI-MS and chemical methods as follows: sodium (20R, 22R, 23S, 24S) -6α-O- {β-D-fucopyrano -syl- (1 → 2) -β-D-quinovopyranosyl- (1 → 4) - [β-D-quinovopyranosyl- (1 → 2)] - β-D-quinovopyranosyl- -glucopyr-anosyl} -22,23-epoxy-20-hydroxy-24-methyl-5α-cholest-9 (11) -en-3β-yl-sulfate. Conclusion: This compound is a new compound, named as bread starfish saponin G.
