五、血糖及糖耐量测定血糖测定的方法很多,大致不下20种,但是大多数的方法所基于的原理却是相同的。即利用血糖在碱性溶液中,能使某些重金属离子还原,而被还原的重金属离子的量可用比色法、滴定江或量气法测定,由此间接算出血液中糖的含量。而在重金属离子中通常用得最多的为铜离子及高铁氰离子。血液中除葡萄糖外,尚有少量其他还原性物质存在。这些物质常亦会参与作用,因此,大凡利用血糖之还原性的方法,所测定的血糖值,多较血液中实际存在的糖量稍高,不过血液中非糖还原性物质
Five, blood sugar and glucose tolerance Determination of blood glucose measurement methods are many, roughly no less than 20 kinds, but most of the methods are based on the same principle. That is, the use of blood glucose in an alkaline solution can reduce certain heavy metal ions, and the amount of reduced heavy metal ions can be determined by colorimetry, titration, or measurement of gas, thereby indirectly calculating the amount of sugar in the blood. The most commonly used heavy metal ions are copper ions and ferricyanide ions. In addition to glucose in the blood, there are still a few other reducing substances present. These substances often also participate in the action. Therefore, in general, blood glucose levels measured by the reductive method of blood glucose are slightly higher than the actual amount of sugar in the blood, but non-sugar reducing substances in the blood
