三十五团场地处塔克拉玛干大沙漠东缘,春季大风频繁,几乎每年都有些风害。1986年5月19—22日,我团遭到了长达30小时八级以上大风袭击,三万亩棉田都遭受了程度不同的灾害。其中,死亡重播面积达13000亩,7月21—26日又连续刮了六天相对湿度18—22%的6—7级大风,造成蕾铃大量脱落。两次大风,使我团棉花大幅度减产,全团三万亩棉花,平均单产皮棉仅35公斤。 通过风灾后的一系列抗灾措施的实施,也摸索出了如何减少灾害损失,为今后棉区制定抗灾措施,提供了参考依据。
Thirty-five regiments are located on the eastern edge of the Taklamakan Desert with frequent windy spring winds and wind damage almost every year. From 19 to 22 May 1986, my regiment was hit by a gale of winds of magnitude eight or more for 30 hours. Three thousand mu of cotton fields suffered different degrees of disasters. Among them, the death replay area of 13000 acres, July 21-26 day and continuously scraping six days of 6-22 relative humidity of 18-22% of the gale, causing a large number of falling buds. Twice windy, so that I group a substantial reduction of cotton production, the whole group thirty thousand acres of cotton, the average yield of lint only 35 kg. Through the implementation of a series of post-storm disaster relief measures, we also found out how to reduce disaster losses and provide reference for formulating disaster-relief measures in the future cotton area.
