飞控蓄电池盒是航空电源系统中重要的后备直流电源,为机上一些重要的用电设备供电,但是在测试数据中异常值的存在将会影响信号检测的准确度和可信度。本文通过设计飞控蓄电池控制盒自动测试系统,获取测试数据;引入统计学中剔除异常数据的格拉布斯(Grubbs)准则,并通过在MATLAB编辑程序进行粗大误差剔除,减小人为计算误差的干扰,可提高测量结果的准确度,并以飞控蓄电池控制盒测试的电池组电压数据为例,对比3σ准则,说明用格拉布斯进行粗大误差的数据剔除能改善测量结果的作用。
The flight control battery box is an important back-up DC power supply in the aviation power system, which supplies power to some important electrical equipment in the aircraft. However, the existence of abnormal values in the test data will affect the accuracy and reliability of the signal detection. In this paper, the flight control battery automatic test system is designed to obtain the test data. The Grubbs criterion for eliminating abnormal data in statistics is introduced and coarse error is eliminated in the MATLAB editing program to reduce the interference of artificial calculation error , The accuracy of the measurement results can be improved. Taking the battery voltage data tested by the flight control battery box as an example, the 3σ criterion is contrasted to show that the effect of the measurement results can be improved by eliminating the coarse error with Grabooth.
