对A3钢、45钢采用不同温度、时间和渗剂量进行了气体氮碳共渗.通过金相分析、硬度测定和电子探针成分分析并经生产实践.结果表明,在600~690℃进行奥氏体氮碳共渗是一种可行的表面强化工艺.
The gas nitrocarburizing of A3 steel and 45 steel with different temperature, time and infiltration dosage were carried out.The results of metallographic analysis, hardness measurement and electronic probe composition analysis and production practice showed that the austenitic steel was sintered at 600 ~ 690 ℃ Nitrocarburisation is a viable surface strengthening process.
