正常小鼠每鼠每日皮下注射济南假单胞菌苗(PJV)0.4mg,连续3d,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均明显增高。PJV合并吡喹酮对小鼠体内虫龄为3h的血吸虫童虫能增强药物的疗效,但对4～5周龄成虫的增效作用不明显。认为宿主非特异性免疫功能的增强在吡喹酮杀3h童虫过程中起一定的作用。 Normal mice were subcutaneously injected with Pseudomonas putida (PJV) 0.4 mg per mouse per day for 3 consecutive days. The phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages in mice were significantly increased. PJV combined with praziquantel in mice 3h worm schistosomiasis can enhance the efficacy of drugs, but 4 ~ 5 weeks of age adults synergistic effect is not obvious. It is considered that the enhancement of non-specific immune function of the host plays a role in the process of killing 3h by praziquantel.
