当前大多数专业轴瓦厂对轴瓦半圆周长(PL)的测量是采用百分表或千分表,通过对高出度(SN)的测量这样一种间接测量方法实现的。轴瓦壁厚尺寸(el)的测量则采用测管千分尺作绝对测量。随着产品技术标准的提高;检验安全裕度(A)的考虑,原有的计量器具已不适应要求。计量器具选择适当与否直接影响到测得尺寸数据的可靠性,对保证轴瓦质量有着重要的技术经济意义。GB3177-82“光滑工件尺寸的检验”、JB/Z181-82“GB3177-82光滑工件尺寸的检验使用指南”是轴瓦新国标贯彻执行的保证。现对S195柴油机连杆轴瓦半圆周长、壁厚尺寸两个项目检验时计量器具的不确定度进行考虑。
