我们采用双侧经皮肾造口术治疗难治性出血性膀胱炎10例,效果满意。现报道如下。对象与方法1.对象:2011年1月~2015年1月收治的出血性膀胱炎10例,均为女性,年龄50~62岁,平均年龄55岁,均为宫颈癌放疗后,放疗结束至出现血尿时间最短12周,最长2年,平均1年。均表现为全程肉眼血尿,间断排出血块,患者尿频,尿急,尿痛,膀胱刺激症状明显。病情发展因血块堵塞出现尿潴留。
