作者首创以动物模型研究抗代谢药的投药方式。应用核素显象技术观察经球筋膜下注射后,眼周放射性同位素的清除率,并与局部植入粘弹性物质硅化橡胶、胶原物质等进行比较。并观察5-FU/胶原海绵植入后的组织病理学改变及毒性反应。植入物系特殊制备的胶原海绵,切成5mm×5mm×1mm大小,分别用浓度为0、0.1、1.0和10.0mg 5—FU悬液浸泡,风干。用双眼临床检查正常的新西兰白兔12只,在右眼做以角巩膜缘为基底的结膜瓣,将海绵置于球筋膜
The authors pioneered the use of animal models to study anti-metabolite drug delivery. The application of radionuclide imaging to observe the clearance rate of radioactive isotope after perfused subfascial subarachnoid was compared with that of silicone rubber and collagen material with local implants. The histopathological changes and toxicity of 5-FU / collagen sponge were observed. Implant system specially prepared collagen sponge, cut into 5mm × 5mm × 1mm size, respectively, with a concentration of 0,0.1,1.0 and 10.0mg 5-FU suspension immersion, air-dried. Twelve eyes of New Zealand white rabbits with normal clinical examination were used to make a conjunctival flap based on the scleral limbus in the right eye.
