乐山市水利电力局认真贯彻“依法治国”的方略,严格依法行政,促进了全市水利电力建设事业的蓬勃发展。目前,全市水利工程有效灌溉面积、保证灌面和旱涝保收面积分别占耕地总面积的50.2％、45％和38.6％;水土流失面积已累计治理1932平方公里;全市相继建成江河防洪工程278公里,使岷江、青衣江、大渡河的堤防建设日趋完善;全市地方电力总装机容量已达42万千瓦,占可开发量的50.8％;水产品产量已达1.8万吨、实现渔业产值1.5亿元,农村人均渔业增收5.8元,为地方的经济社会建设作
