我公司2 500t/d的生产二线于2005年10月生产以来,窑尾KXT(M)科氏力煤粉计量秤时常出现断煤的现象,对熟料产质量带来较大的影响。期间公司与生产厂家多次采取措施,尽管收到了一定效果,但始终没有彻底解决。为消除断煤给生产带来的不良影响,经过多次技术论证,2010年对尾煤秤进行了技术改造。
