本文分析了活塞在气缸中的运动状况和影响因素。用液力润滑的轴承系统描述了活塞裙部与气缸壁之间的液力润滑,并导出了油膜压力分布的微分方程及使用有限元求解方法,说明活塞油膜承载能力形成的机理。并进一步说明了活塞不同偏心位置和摆动量对油膜压力、摆动力矩、承载能力的影响及变化规律。
This paper analyzes the piston in the cylinder movement and influencing factors. The hydraulic lubrication between the piston skirt and the cylinder wall is described by using the hydrodynamic lubrication system. The differential equation of the pressure distribution of the oil film is deduced and the finite element method is used to explain the forming mechanism of the piston oil film. The effects of different eccentric positions and swing amount on the pressure, swinging moment and bearing capacity of the oil film are further illustrated.
