在机务段中连杆更换率是很高的,由于连杆检修质量问题引起机破的事故也时有发生。本文根据对当前检修实践的考察,分析了连杆报废的主要原因是连杆体与连杆盖接合面齿形裂纹,而这种裂纹的产生又与连杆大端孔的变形有关。另外,连杆大端孔的变形还影响到对连杆体大小端平行度及扭曲度的精确测量。文中提供了在机务段内修整连杆大端孔的工艺方法,其中包括缩孔和整圆处理。此外,还介绍了连杆重量正确计量与去重的方法。
