悬挂犁故障原因与排除

与牵引犁相比,悬挂犁具有结构简单、成本低、机组转弯半径小等特点,它去掉了地轮、沟轮、尾轮和起落机构等易损件,使用寿命长且保养方便,作业时由于牵引阻力的作用使拖拉机驱动轮上垂直载荷增大,有利于拖拉机功率的充分发挥.由于上述优点,悬挂犁在农业生产中已经得到了广泛的应用.但是因为悬挂犁重量轻,又无尾轮平衡侧压力,其入土能力和保持耕深、耕宽的稳定性要比牵引犁差.下面谈谈悬挂犁在使用中常见的故障及其排除方法.
