ASPH是哺乳动物胚胎期即存在于细胞内的一种高度保守的脱氧酶。近些年被发现在大多数正常组织中相对低表达或不表达,而在胎盘滋养层细胞和肾上腺细胞中高表达。并且ASPH在多种恶性肿瘤组织中过表达,其催化结构域可羟化某些蛋白质EGF-样结构域中天冬氨酸或天冬酰胺残基,从而介导细胞运动和分化,参与并调节了恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭及转移,并在免疫调节中可介导抗肿瘤免疫反应。本文简要综述了近些年在肿瘤及其他领域中对ASPH的研究进展。
ASPH is a highly conserved deoxygenase that is found in mammalian cells during embryonic development. In recent years, it was found to be relatively low or not expressed in most normal tissues, but highly expressed in placental trophoblast cells and adrenal cells. And ASPH is overexpressed in a variety of malignant tumor tissues whose catalytic domains can hydroxylate aspartic acid or asparagine residues in some of the protein EGF-like domains, mediating cell motility and differentiation, participating in and regulating Malignant tumor cells invasion and metastasis, and immune regulation can mediate anti-tumor immune response. This article briefly reviewed the progress of ASPH in oncology and other fields in recent years.
