目的观察瞬间性视网膜缺血重新灌注对大鼠视网膜白细胞介素 1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)含量的影响。方法实验对象为21只(42眼)SD大鼠。以升高眼压的方法造成瞬间性视网膜缺血重新灌注的模型。视网膜内IL-1β和TNFα的含量用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)的方法定量。结果正常的视网膜内含有少量的IL-1β和TNFα;视网膜缺血1min和5min组,视网膜内TNFα在缺血重新灌注的过程中与正常视网膜内的含量比较,均无显著性差异( P>0.05),但视网膜内的IL- 1β在缺血重新灌注后6h则比正常视网膜含量显著性增加( P<0.05)。结论瞬间性视网膜缺血重新灌注可以影响大鼠视网膜IL-1β和TNFα含量的改变,这种改变与视网膜缺血的程度有关。
Objective To observe the effects of transient retinal ischemia / reperfusion on the levels of IL-1β and TNFα in rat retina. Methods Subjects were 21 SD rats (42 eyes). A method of transient intraocular retinal ischemia reperfusion with elevated intraocular pressure. The content of IL-1β and TNFα in the retina was quantified by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The normal retina contained a small amount of IL-1β and TNFα. There was no significant difference in the contents of TNFα in the retina between 1-minute and 5-minute retina during ischemia-reperfusion and normal retina (P> 0.05 ), IL-1β in the retina increased significantly (P <0.05) compared with normal retina at 6h after ischemia-reperfusion. Conclusion The transient ischemic reperfusion can affect the content of IL-1β and TNFα in the retina of rats, which is related to the degree of retinal ischemia.
