目的 探讨锌对男性不育患者精液质量的影响作用。 方法 以精液不良为主的男性不育症者 992例 ,其中 876例口服 0 .0 5 %葡萄糖酸锌 (A组 ) ,116例口服 10 %葡萄糖酸钙作为对照 (B组 ) ,5 4 8例精液正常者作为正常对照 (C组 )。对比用药前和用药后 4周各组精液参数、精浆和血清锌含量 ,并对其配偶妊娠情况进行随访观察。 结果 A组用药前后精液参数、精浆和血清锌含量相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,B组各指标用药前后相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .5 ) ,A、B两组间用药后各指标差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,C组与A、B两组精浆和血清锌含量相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。经 10年随访 ,A组妊娠率 5 8.4 % ,B组妊娠率 1.6 % ,两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。B组 112例在第一阶段治疗效果不佳后 ,改用A组方法治疗 ,各指标前后结果相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。全组治疗过程中未发生严重不良反应。 结论 锌能改善精液质量和增加精浆、血清锌含量。应用葡萄糖酸锌及综合治疗可提高不育症的治愈率。
Objective To explore the effect of zinc on semen quality in male infertility patients. Methods A total of 992 male infertility patients were enrolled in this study. Among them, 876 were orally administered with 0.05% zinc gluconate (group A), 116 were given 10% calcium gluconate as control (group B), and 5 48 Cases of normal semen as a normal control (C group). The semen parameters, seminal plasma and serum zinc levels were compared before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, and the pregnancy status of their spouses was followed up. Results Before and after treatment, the semen parameters, seminal plasma and serum zinc content in group A were significantly different (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the indexes of group B before and after treatment (P> 0.05) There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01). There was significant difference in the content of zinc and zinc in serum between C group and A and B group (P < 0 .0 1). After 10 years of follow-up, the pregnancy rate in group A was 5 8.4% and that in group B was 1.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0. 001). In group B, 112 patients were treated with group A after treatment in the first phase, and there was a significant difference between before and after treatment (P <0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the whole course of treatment. Conclusion Zinc can improve sperm quality and increase the content of seminal plasma and serum zinc. Application of zinc gluconate and comprehensive treatment can improve the cure rate of infertility.
