2010年1月18日,扬州市律师协会出台了《扬州市星级律师事务所评定活动方案》,这是星级评价体系在律师服务业的一次尝试。鉴于我国当前律师事务所管理评价机制的缺失,扬州创立“星级评定模式”(简称“星级模式”)作为对律师事务所的管理评估体系,引领了律师事务所的发展方向,对于构建和完善律师事务所的管理机制具有普遍意义。
