在70℃和0.08mol/LHCl介质中,超痕量Ru(Ⅲ)催化KIO4氧化罗丹明B(RDB)生成一种绿色荧光产物(λex/λem=248nm/529nm).以此荧光产物作指示组分,采用荧光法研究了利用这一新的指示反应催化测定钌的各种影响因素,建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为0.1ng/L和0.2~10ng/L钌的催化荧光分析法.并探讨了催化荧光反应机理.
Ultra-trace amount of Ru (Ⅲ) catalyzed KIO4 oxidation of rhodamine B (RDB) to produce a green fluorescent product (λex / λem = 248nm / 529nm) at 70 ℃ and 0.08mol / LHCl. Using this fluorescent product as indicator component, various influencing factors for the determination of ruthenium using this new indicator reaction catalysis were studied by fluorescence method. A limit of detection and determination range of 0.1 ng / L and 0.2 ~ 10ng / L ruthenium catalytic fluorescence analysis. The mechanism of catalytic fluorescence reaction was also discussed.
