企业绩效评价与企业管理息息相关,因此建立一套完善的绩效评价体系有利于实现企业价值和长期战略目标。财务指标分析通常是企业进行绩效评价的重要方法,但以财务指标来评价企业绩效有诸多局限性。本文以HBDL公司为例,通过研究其财务指标绩效评价体系,分析了HBDL公司应用财务指标评价企业绩效存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进意见。
Enterprise performance evaluation and business management are closely related, so to establish a sound performance evaluation system is conducive to the realization of corporate value and long-term strategic goals. The analysis of financial indicators is usually an important method for enterprises to evaluate their performance. However, there are many limitations in using financial indicators to evaluate their performance. In this paper, HBDL company as an example, through the study of its financial indicators performance evaluation system, analysis of the application of financial indicators HBDL company performance evaluation of the problems, and put forward the corresponding improvements.
