1974—1980年汕头曾对农村卫生机构中的妇产科专业的中专毕业生实行脱产1.5—2年妇产科医师资格培训。 10年后的调查表明,所有受训人员现均在农村工作且己成为农村妇产科的技术骨干,所在单位对她们的业务和思想状况大都反映良好。说明这种方式是一种有着良好的社会效益和经济效益而又切实可行的培养农村卫技人才的方法。
From 1974 to 1980, Shantou had practiced a qualification training for obstetrics and gynecology specialists in rural health institutions for 1.5 to 2 years. The survey after 10 years shows that all the trainees are now working in rural areas and have become the backbone of the rural obstetrics and gynecology department. Their units generally reflect their business and ideological conditions. It shows that this method is a method for training rural health technicians with good social and economic benefits and practicality.
