在人工控制条件下,以品种黑231、西农58号和津研2号为高抗、抗病及感病的典型代表,对黄瓜枯萎病苗期筛选方洼进行了一系列研究。证明:苗期与成株期抗性一致。确定了筛选14天的接种方法、适宜密度、温度和接菌量。对筛选条件下的相互作用表现型进行了描述。提出了筛选株的繁殖方法。为抗枯萎病品种的选育找到了可能更为快速、简便而有效的途径。
Under the artificial control conditions, a series of researches were carried out on the selection of the foci in the seedling stage of cucumber wilt with variety Black 231, Xinong 58 and Jinyan 2 as the typical representatives with high resistance, disease resistance and susceptibility. Proved: Seedling and adult plant resistance consistent. The screening method of 14 days was confirmed, suitable density, temperature and inoculation amount. The interaction phenotypes under screening conditions are described. Proposed breeding methods of screening strains. Breeding wilt resistant varieties found possible more rapid, simple and effective way.
