民正在加强软、硬件建设,为筹办2008年奥运会积极努力。为深入了解“软件”方面的情况,更好地加强“软件”建设,提升北京文明水平,提高奥运会举办质量,在《公民道德建设实施纲要》印发两周年前夕,我们和北京市委宣传部宣传处,采用心理问卷调查和访谈调查的方式,对北京市9个城区不同类型企业、机关、学校、社区16岁以上的1103名市民(包括部分长期来京做工、经商人员和驻京官兵)进行了社会公德现状及其奥运期待情况的调查研究。
