随着市场经济环境的变化,在医院财务活动中由于各种不确定因素的影响极易使医院财务收益与预期收益发生偏离,导致偿债能力降低,给医院财务管理带来一定的风险。因此,本文通过分析财务风险的概念,针对医院财务风险的成因提出防范与控制措施,以期通过本文的阐述为完善医院财务管理机制,强化医院各项资产管理,从各个相应环节降低财务风险,加强财务控制,最终防范降低医院财务风险提供理论参考。
With the changes of the market economy environment, due to the influence of various uncertainties in the hospital’s financial activities, the deviation between the hospital’s financial returns and the expected profits can be easily deviated, resulting in a decrease in the solvency of the hospitals, which brings certain risks to the hospital’s financial management. Therefore, by analyzing the concept of financial risk, this paper puts forward the precautionary and control measures for the causes of hospital financial risk. With a view to improving the hospital’s financial management mechanism and strengthening the management of hospital assets through the elaboration of this article, this article will reduce the financial risk from all aspects, Financial control, and ultimately prevent the hospital from reducing financial risk to provide a theoretical reference.
