目的分析江阴市2005-2014年甲乙类肠道传染病监测结果,为甲乙类肠道传染病防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集江阴市2005-2014年甲乙类肠道传染病发病情况,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2005-2014年江阴市共报告甲乙类肠道传染病3 446例,年平均发病率为23.03/10万,男女发病性别比为1.26:1,主要集中在0岁~组,职业以农民、工人、散居儿童为主。发病高峰为6-10月,有一定的季节性,城区与农村发病率有差异。结论江阴市2005-2014年甲乙类肠道传染病发病率总体呈下降趋势,并维持在较低水平,以控制传染源,切断传播途径为主的综合性防控措施同时加强健康教育工作策略成效显著。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of Class A and B intestinal infectious diseases in Jiangyin from 2005 to 2014 and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of Class A and B intestinal infectious diseases.
