肺下叶结核31例,占同期住院结核病人的0.59%。男女之比1:0.4。15～29岁的20例(64.6%);病变形态片状阴影者25例(80.6%);有空洞者20例(64.5%);平均误诊时间为三个月。患病率较一般报道为低。
31 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, accounting for 0.59% of hospitalized tuberculosis patients in the same period. Male to female ratio 1: 0.4.15 to 29 years old in 20 cases (64.6%); lesions morphological flake shadow in 25 cases (80.6%); hollow in 20 cases (64.5%); the average misdiagnosis time was three months. The prevalence was lower than generally reported.
