我们国家在实行粮食统购统销政策的基础上,又确定要实行粮食「定产、定购、定销」的办法。中共山西省委和省人民委员会已经根据这个办法,把全省今年要统购的粮食数字按专、市分配下去,各个专区很快就要分配到县,各县要在本月二十日左右就要分配到乡,并向广大农民群众宣布。完全可以预料,粮食「定产、定购、定销」办法的正确执行,必然会更加巩固国家已经实行的粮食统购统销制度,极大的鼓舞和提高广大农民的生产积极性,从而有利于农业生产的发展,大大推动以互助合作为中心的春耕生产运动。
