介绍了江西省天然气管道项目SCADA系统的配置、功能和特点。调度控制中心的SCADA计算机系统支持分布式多服务器结构,服务器和局域网采用热备冗余配置,并设置GPS时钟提供时间基准;站场系统承担所处站场的监控任务,负责向调度控制中心传送数据,并接受和执行其下达的命令;RTU系统负责向调度控制中心或附近站场传送数据,接受和执行调度控制中心下达的命令。通过合理设计数据流向,保证系统数据的准确性和安全性。通过提供扩展接口和进行功能扩展,保证原始数据的准确性和唯一性以及数据传输的及时性和有效性。通讯光纤将部分站控系统和RTU系统连成环状,同时为每个站控系统配置与调度控制中心点对点的2M SDH数据线路,提高了SCADA系统的安全性和稳定性。
