应用聚丙稀酰胺圆盘凝胶电泳法观察到已婚妇女正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织LDH同工酶谱基本相同,唯正常组织和癌组织的同工酶含量有所不同,癌组织中LDH_4增加;两类宫颈组织的LDH_3均为双带,酷似两种同工酶(即于LDH_2和LDH_3之间有一额外区带,其电泳行为更接近于LDH_3)。应用二硝基苯肼法测得宫颈癌组织LDH总酶活性大于正常相应组织,其差别有高度显著性(P<0.001)。维族和汉族正常宫颈组织LDH总酶活性差别无显著性。
Application of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that normal women’s cervical cancer and cervical cancer tissue LDH isozymes basically the same, except normal and cancerous tissue isoenzyme content is different, the increase of LDH 4 in cancer tissue ; LDH_3 in both cervical tissues are double bands, resembling two isozymes (that is, there is an extra band between LDH_2 and LDH_3 and the electrophoresis behavior is closer to LDH_3). Application of dinitrophenylhydrazine method of cervical cancer tissue LDH total enzyme activity was higher than normal corresponding tissues, the difference was highly significant (P <0.001). Uygur and Han normal cervical tissue LDH total enzyme activity was no significant difference.
