自1993年以来,我科改进传统的食管胃吻合术方法共48例,无1例发生吻合口漏或吻合口狭窄,均取得良好的疗效。 一般资料 自1993年3月至1996年8月共手术48例食管癌及贲门癌,其中男34例,女14例,最大年龄67岁,最小年龄35岁,50岁以下20例,51～60岁18例,61岁以上10例,住院时间最长18d,最短10d,平均14d。食管癌28例,其中上段4例,中段18例,下段6例。贲门癌20例,鳞癌26例,腺癌22例。
