冷库门质量是冷库节能关键设备之一。我公司两个万吨冷库有江苏宜兴产DLM—2型电动冷库门15扇,其外复防锈铝板,内填100毫米保温层,门扇用橡皮密封,有电加热器防冻,还有安全保护装置,动力为JL022—4型电动机。 DLM—2型电动冷库门在我冷库使用半年,毛病不断,自动变手动。主要原因在于控制配电箱和一些电器部件如晶体管接近开关防水性差,滴水沿电线进口和缝隙进到里面,使电气零部件生锈损坏。
