以管道再启动数值模型为计算分析工具,评价Houska模型、赵晓东模型和国丽萍触变关系式对管道再启动计算的适应性。基于实验数据,使用回归程序对模型的触变参数进行回归,结果表明:3种模型(关系式)对高温原油的拟合效果均好于低温原油;油温越高,3种模型(关系式)的回归曲线和实验曲线吻合越好;油温相对较低时,赵晓东模型和国丽萍关系式的拟合效果优于Houska模型。基于再启动计算的数值特征对3种模型(关系式)的评价结果表明:Houska模型对再启动数值计算的适应性高于赵晓东模型和国丽萍关系式。
Taking the pipeline restart model as a calculation tool, the adaptability of Houska model, Zhao Xiaodong model and Guoli-thixotropic relation to the calculation of pipeline restart was evaluated. Based on the experimental data, the thresholding parameters of the model are regressed using the regression program. The results show that the fitting effects of the three models (correlations) are better than that of the crude oil at low temperature. The higher the oil temperature, the three models ) Regression curve is in good agreement with the experimental curve. When the oil temperature is relatively low, the fitting effect of Zhao Xiaodong model and Guoli-Ping model is better than Houska model. The evaluation results of the three models (relational) based on the numerical characteristics of restarting calculation show that the adaptability of Houska model to restarting numerical calculation is higher than that of Zhao Xiaodong model and Guoli Liping.
