本文通过对国内服装企业所处的内、外部环境以及服装业发展趋势的分析,提出了河南实施服装品牌战略的基本思路。河南服装企业面临发展、改革与竞争,要想处于不败之地,必须创立品牌,提高品牌文化含量,重视无形资产,重视企业形象,引进国内外先进技术、经营理念和管理方法。
This article analyzes the internal and external environment of the domestic garment enterprises and the development trend of the garment industry, and puts forward the basic ideas for implementing the clothing brand strategy in Henan. Henan garment enterprises face development, reform and competition. To be in an invincible position, they must create brands, increase brand cultural content, pay attention to intangible assets, attach importance to corporate image, and introduce advanced technologies, business concepts and management methods at home and abroad.
