我的老家在清水江的上游源头河边,每年的“端午节”前后,农历五月初五(当地称小端午)至五月十五(称大端午)期间,都是要下大雨涨洪水的,即称“端午水”或“磨刀水”。我们的家乡有这样两句民谣:“你不送我磨刀水,我就不给你晒龙衣”。其典故是说:三国蜀汉名将关云长,每年的端午节这一天都要显灵下到人间来磨他那把青龙偃月刀,如果不下雨,不涨洪水,他的刀就磨不成,他就会动怒。
