用免疫组化方法研究46例新鲜胃癌标本中钙依赖细胞粘附分子(E─Cadherin,E─CD)的表达,发现E─CD在61%(28/46例)胃癌中呈减少至消失表达;而在正常胃小凹上皮,慢性胃炎上皮及肠化腺体中则呈均质保留表达;在77%(17/22例)阂氏膨胀型胃癌中呈保留表达;在100%(24/24例)闵氏浸润型中呈减少至消失表达;单个分散状态的癌细胞E─CD常常消失。此表达与不同分化程度胃癌的表达一致,表明钙依赖粘附分子的存在与否,可能决定着胃癌的生长方式和分化程度。
The expression of calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecules (E-Cadherin, E-CD) in 46 specimens of fresh gastric cancer was studied by immunohistochemistry and it was found that E-CD was reduced to disappeared in 61% (28/46) cases of gastric cancer. In normal gastric pit epithelium, chronic gastritis epithelium and intestinal metastasis were homogeneously retained; in 77% (17/22 cases) of Brucella-inflated gastric cancer, retained expression; in 100% (24/ Twenty-four cases showed decreased to disappeared expression in the infiltrating type of J. cereus; the cancer cells E-CD, which were dispersed in a single state, often disappeared. This expression is consistent with the expression of different degrees of differentiation of gastric cancer, indicating that the presence or absence of calcium-dependent adhesion molecules may determine the growth pattern and differentiation of gastric cancer.
