科技型中小企业,是我国中小企业的重要组成部分,在经济发展中发挥着重要作用,是提高企业整体水平、调整和优化产业结构、促进国家系统创新的关键组成。进入21世纪,科技型中小企业发展迅速。与此同时,科技型中小企业发展过程中还存在许多问题,这严重阻碍科技型中小企业的技术创新活动。因此,研究科技型中小企业技术创新模式和扫清技术创新障碍具有重大的理论和现实意义。
Small and medium-sized technology-based SMEs are an important part of China’s SMEs and play an important role in economic development. They are the key components for raising the overall level of enterprises, adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the innovation of the national system. In the 21st century, SMEs in science and technology have developed rapidly. At the same time, there are still many problems in the development of S & T SMEs, which seriously hinder the technological innovation activities of S & T SMEs. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the technological innovation mode of SMEs in science and technology and to clear the barriers to technological innovation.
