利用电沉积法制备了Au-Pt/Cys/GC修饰电极,采用场发射扫描电镜对制备的修饰电极进行了表征。采用循环伏安法(CV)对修饰电极电化学性质进行了研究,考察了电沉积时间和电位对修饰电极制备的影响,探讨了修饰电极对甲酸氧化的电催化作用。实验结果表明,Au-Pt/Cys/GCE较其它电极的电位差增大,峰电流增强,对甲酸氧化具有良好的电化学催化能力。此外,该修饰电极具有良好的稳定性和重现性,可望用于实际样品中甲酸的测定。
Au-Pt / Cys / GC modified electrode was prepared by electrodeposition method. The prepared modified electrode was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The effects of electrodeposition time and potential on the preparation of modified electrode were investigated. The electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode on formic acid oxidation was also discussed. The experimental results show that the potential difference between Au-Pt / Cys / GCE and other electrodes increases, the peak current increases, and the electrochemical oxidation of formic acid has a good electrochemical catalytic ability. In addition, the modified electrode with good stability and reproducibility, is expected to be used for the determination of formic acid in the actual sample.
