美国GR系列IC测试系统采用磁带机作为系统程序的输入设备,由于磁带机故障率较高,因此使用中经常发生程序输入失败的现象,严重影响了该测试系统的可靠性.本文在对GR1732M型测试系统的组成结构进行深入分析的基础上,应用在线仿真器对主处理器进行实时仿真,跟踪了引导程序的执行流程和系统磁带的输入过程,提出用PC微机代替磁带机,通过RS232串行接口传送所有软件.本文详细阐述了改进设计方法,改进成功后提高了系统的可靠性和工作效率.本文所采用的可靠性分析方法和对系统软件进行在线仿真跟踪的分析技术适用于各种微机测试系统的硬件和软件分析.
The American GR series IC test system uses the tape drive as the input device of the system program. Due to the high failure rate of the tape drive, the program input failure often occurs during use, which seriously affects the reliability of the test system. Based on the analysis of the structure of the GR1732M test system, the on-line emulator is used to simulate the main processor in real time and trace the execution flow of the program and the input process of the system tape. The PC microcomputer is used to replace the tape drive , Send all software through RS-232 serial interface. This article elaborates on improving the design method, improving the system reliability and working efficiency after the improvement. The reliability analysis method used in this paper and the on-line simulation and tracking system software analysis technology for a variety of computer test system hardware and software analysis.
