图像信号窄带传输技术,在国民经济和国防领域有着广泛的应用。例如,公安部门在通缉某个案犯时,可以利用图像窄带传输装置和普通的有线或无线通信手段将案犯特征资料从案发地迅速发送到全国各级公安机关。如果传输的是彩色图像,则信息含量将会更高,更有利于辨认罪犯特征。又如,一个小医院对重病患者确诊时,往往要借助异地大医院的技术力量,尤其是专家的帮助。这时,小医院也可利用图像窄带传输设备所摄影像传送给大医院,同时配合病历等文字、语音资料、即可对病案迅速地予以诊治。 Narrowband image signal transmission technology, in the field of national economy and defense has a wide range of applications. At this moment, the small hospital can also use the images transmitted by the narrowband transmission equipment to be transmitted to the large hospital. At the same time, the medical records and other texts and voice data can be quickly diagnosed and treated.
