目的:研究不同产地忍冬不同器官所含特征性无机元素及与其生境土壤无机元素的关系。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法及电感耦合等离子体质谱法测量忍冬不同器官及其生境土壤的无机元素含量;采用SPSS19.0对实验数据进行相关性分析和主成分分析。结果:主成分分析确定了忍冬不同器官及生境土壤的特征标识元素;忍冬不同器官对无机元素进行选择性吸收其与生境土壤无机元素未见明显相关。结论:本研究为忍冬不同器官药材质量控制研究提供实验依据。
Objective: To study the relationship between the characteristic inorganic elements contained in different organs of honeysuckle and the soil inorganic elements in habitats of different habitats. Methods: The content of inorganic elements in different organs and habitats of Lonicera japonica Thunb were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The correlation analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze the experimental data by SPSS19.0. Results: Principal component analysis (PCA) identified the characteristic sign elements of soil of different organs and habitats of honeysuckle. The selective absorption of inorganic elements by different organs of honeysuckle had no obvious correlation with inorganic elements in habitats. Conclusion: This study provides experimental evidence for the quality control of different organs of honeysuckle.
