目的总结促进小儿深度烧伤患者完成持续规范的瘢痕康复治疗的护理配合经验。方法本文选择2011年11月—2015年2月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的小儿深度烧伤患者37例为研究对象,在创伤治疗期间即进行功能锻炼,并教会患者家属锻炼方法等,督导患儿进行自我锻炼。向患儿家属宣教瘢痕增生的周期特点、严重瘢痕挛缩对儿童容貌及肢体长发育的危害性、瘢痕康复治疗的目的意义、效果以及基本方法,达成完成持续规范康复治疗的意向。预约首次复诊时间。对复诊的患儿康复治疗前进行心理辅导,强化康复锻炼时,协助临床医师对患儿体位进行良好的固定及瘢痕的保护,以利治疗的顺利进行。指导患儿家属独立进行一次功能锻炼,检查其熟练程度并进行指导。指导患者家属正确使用抗瘢痕增生药物及弹力织物、矩形器具。对下一次复诊进行预约、每周电话随访,收集相关资料。结果 34例患者完成了持续规范的康复治疗,3例因多种原因中途放弃治疗。完成治疗的患者瘢痕增生明显抑制,色泽浅淡,质地软化,充血消退,关节功能保存良好,VSS评分≤4分的分别为第9个月3例,第12个月13例,第15个月14例,第18个4例。结论周密细致的护理配合对于促进深度烧伤小儿患者完成持续规范的瘢痕康复治疗具有重要作用。
Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation experience of promoting sustained standard scar rehabilitation in patients with deep-burn in children. Methods This study selected 37 patients with pediatric deep burn admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from November 2011 to February 2015 as the research object. During the period of trauma treatment, they performed functional exercises and taught their patients’ exercise methods to supervise the children Self exercise. Guidance to the families of patients Correct use of anti-scarring drugs and stretch fabrics, rectangular appliances. Appointment for the next visit, weekly telephone follow-up, collect relevant information. Results 34 patients completed the continuous standard of rehabilitation, 3 patients for some reason to give up treatment halfway. Patients with complete scarring had a markedly suppressed hyperplasia of scarring, light color, softened texture, subsided hyperemia and well-preserved joint function. The patients with VSS score ≤4 were 3 cases at 9th month, 13 cases at 12th month, 15th month 14 cases, 18 cases in 4 cases. Conclusion Careful and meticulous nursing coordination plays an important role in promoting sustained and standardized scar rehabilitation in pediatric patients with deep burn.
