目的建立以人文服务为基础的科学的病案管理机制,提高病案利用者的满意度。方法对病案利用者用随访方式进行调查,通过统计满意度分析病案管理质量。结果引入病案人文管理机制,2009年病案利用者的满意度明显提高。结论引入病案人文管理机制,能有效地提高医院的医疗质量和服务质量,对构建和谐的医患关系具有极其重要的意义。
Objective To establish a scientific case management system based on humanistic service and improve the satisfaction of medical record users. Methods The patients were investigated by means of follow-up, and the quality of medical record management was analyzed by statistical satisfaction. The results of the introduction of medical records management mechanism, in 2009 the patient satisfaction significantly increased. Conclusion The introduction of medical records management mechanism can effectively improve the medical quality and service quality of hospitals, which is of great significance for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
