患者,男性,75岁。因右侧三叉神经痛于1991年6月15日行经皮穿刺Meckel’s囊甘油注射术,手术顺利。术后当天出现患侧面部麻木,痛觉消失,右眼角膜反射消失,未做其它处理。1个月后右眼出现结膜充血,角膜上皮点状剥脱,角膜中央部分有轻度水肿,起泡。1周后角膜上皮细胞迅速脱落,创面扩大到离角膜缘3 mm处。经保守治疗3个月,溃疡面逐渐愈合,视力仅存0.1。 Patient, male, 75 years old. Due to the right trigeminal neuralgia in June 15, 1991 percutaneous puncture Meckel’s glycerin injection, the operation was successful. On the day after operation, numbness of the affected side appeared, pain disappeared, corneal reflex disappeared, and no other treatment was performed. After 1 month conjunctival hyperemia in the right eye, corneal epithelial punctate exfoliation, the central part of the cornea mild edema, blistering. After 1 week, the corneal epithelial cells rapidly shed and the wound expanded to 3 mm from the limbus. After conservative treatment for 3 months, the ulcer gradually healed, leaving only 0.1 eyesight.
