许多国家正在积极推进集中清算制度,提高保证金、资本金要求。MAGD的研究也表明:集中清算制度和中央对手方(CCPs)的操作、联通,以及完善跨境交易机制对场外金融衍生产品监管制度的改革十分重要。
Many countries are actively promoting the centralized liquidation system and raising the deposit and capital requirements. MAGD’s research also shows that the centralized clearing system and the operation of CCPs, China Unicom, and the improvement of cross-border transaction mechanisms are very important for the reform of the regulatory regime for off-exchange financial derivatives.
