作者采用二重光子吸收法(DPA)测定了女性第2~4腰椎骨矿质含量,探讨了随增龄骨矿质含量的变化趋势,并进一步研究了长期卧床者对骨矿质含量的影响。对象为178例腰椎无压迫骨折,卧床6个月以上的64~96岁女性。共分2组,即72例卧床组(64~96岁,平均81.0±7.4岁)和106例步行组(65~93岁,平均80.3±5.9岁)。采用 DPA 法测定其结果:
The authors measured the mineral content of lumbar vertebrae 2 to 4 in women using double photon absorption method (DPA), and discussed the changing trend of bone mineral content with increasing age, and further studied the effect of long-term bed rest on bone mineral content. Subjects 178 cases of lumbar fractures without compression, bed more than 6 months of 64 to 96-year-old female. Divided into two groups, namely 72 cases of bedridden group (64-96 years old, mean 81.0 ± 7.4 years) and 106 cases of walking group (65-93 years, mean 80.3 ± 5.9 years).
