目的:研究健脑软脉颗粒改善记忆障碍模型动物学习记忆的作用。方法:以D-半乳糖、氢溴酸东莨菪碱、NaNO2、40%乙醇造成小鼠学习记忆障碍模型,观察其改善学习记忆的作用。结果:健脑软脉2.92g/kg、5.83g/kg、11.7g/kg可显著提高D-半乳糖所致学习记忆障碍模型小鼠在跳台法以及Morris水迷宫试验中的学习及记忆能力;其血清及脑组织中SOD活性显著升高,MDA含量显著降低。此外,健脑软脉颗粒在三个记忆障碍实验中均能不同程度的提高小鼠的学习及记忆能力。
Objective: To study the effect of jiannao rumai granule on learning and memory in animal model of memory impairment. Methods: The learning and memory impairment model was induced by D-galactose, scopolamine hydrobromide, NaNO2 and 40% ethanol, and its effect on improving learning and memory was observed. Results: 2.42g / kg, 5.83g / kg and 11.7g / kg of Jiannao soft arteries can significantly improve the learning and memory abilities of the model mice with D-galactose induced learning and memory deficits in the jumping method and the Morris water maze test; The activity of SOD in serum and brain tissue was significantly increased, and the content of MDA was significantly decreased. In addition, Jiannao Ruanmai Granules can improve the learning and memory ability of mice to varying degrees in all three memory impairment experiments.
