34例脑梗塞患者分别于发病后 3、7、10天取外周血分离多形核粒细胞 ,应用间接免疫荧光标记流式细胞仪检测CD11a、CD11b表达阳性百分率 ,电镜观察超微结构改变。结果CD11a、CD11b表达以发病后 3天最明显 ,10天降至正常。CD11a、CD11b表达水平与神经功能缺损评分与脑梗塞范围显著正相关。超微结构显示发病后 3天细胞代谢旺盛 ,活性增强。脑梗塞范围越大 ,多形核粒细胞表达CD11a、CD11b水平越高 ,神经功能缺损评分越差
Thirty-four patients with cerebral infarction were taken from peripheral blood to collect polymorphonuclear neutrophils on the 3rd, 7th and 10th day after onset, respectively. The positive percentage of CD11a and CD11b expression was detected by indirect immunofluorescence labeling. The ultrastructure was observed by electron microscope. Results The expression of CD11a and CD11b was the most obvious at 3 days after onset and was normal at 10 days. The levels of CD11a and CD11b were positively correlated with the score of neurological deficit and the range of cerebral infarction. The ultrastructure showed that 3 days after the onset of cell metabolism, activity increased. The greater the range of cerebral infarction, polymorphonuclear neutrophils express CD11a, the higher the level of CD11b, the worse the neurological deficit score
