目的:研究不同型号大孔吸附树脂纯化黄姜中薯蓣皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法:以静态饱和吸附量、洗脱量、静态洗脱率为考察指标,比较7种大孔吸附树脂,并对D-101树脂的动态比上柱量、比吸附量、比洗脱量进行考察,以薯蓣皂苷转移率和纯度为指标对树脂吸附工艺条件进行筛选。结果:所比较的7种树脂中,D-101型树脂具有最佳的吸附及洗脱参数,其动态饱和吸附量达到151.7mg.g-1干树脂,其最佳工艺为以6倍柱体积去离子水、6倍柱体积60%乙醇一次洗脱,薯蓣皂苷转移率为95%。结论:D-101树脂吸附性能较好,适合于黄姜中薯蓣皂苷的纯化。
Objective: To study the technological conditions and parameters of purifying diosgenin in turmeric by different macroporous adsorption resins. Methods: Seven kinds of macroporous adsorption resins were compared with static adsorption capacity, elution amount and static elution rate. The dynamic ratio of D-101 resin to the amount of column, the specific adsorption capacity, the specific elution volume Investigation, the diosgenin transfer rate and purity as an indicator of resin adsorption process conditions were screened. Results: Among the seven resins, D-101 resin has the best adsorption and elution parameters, and its dynamic saturated adsorption capacity reaches 151.7mg.g-1 dry resin. The optimum process is as follows: Deionized water, 6 column volumes of 60% ethanol once elution, diosgenin transfer rate of 95%. Conclusion: D-101 resin has good adsorption properties and is suitable for the purification of diosgenin in turmeric.
